The Small Print!

Drivers must be aged between 25 and 70, and have held a full, unendorsed, UK/EU/Common Wealth driving licence for 2 years (minor offenses can be accommodated with insurance loading, payable at the time of departure). Licences and a second form of ID must be produced on the day of departure.

Cancellations by the hirer can only be accepted in writing once a firm booking has been made. If you should have to cancel your hire, the following charges apply: less than 4 weeks prior to departure, 100%; 4-6 weeks prior to departure, 50%; More than 6 weeks, booking deposit. We will try to rehire the vehicle, which would reduce the penalty. We reserve the right to cancel the hire if, at the departure date, the nominated drivers′ licences are invalid or not in accordance with conditions. In such cases only the security deposit will be refunded.

Collection & return
Campers for weekly hire are available for collection from 3pm Friday and must be returned by 11am Friday. Collection and delivery outside these times is negotiable in advance. All vehicles will have a full tank of fuel on collection and should be returned with a FULL tank. Vans should be returned in a clean condition, port-a-potty must be emptied and disinfected, and any damage or breakages notified. Engine oil, water levels and tyre pressures should be checked by you at least once a week. Any damage to tyres will be charged, whatever the cause. Gas cylinders should be replaced as required.

Breakdowns and accidents
Vehicles are covered by a National Rescue Service. You will be given details of this on departure. You MUST report accidents or damage to us immediately, whether including a third party or self inflicted. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR THE INSURANCE EXCESS OF £750 AND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

 Completion of an application form is acknowledgement of these terms and conditions. 

Breach of these terms and conditions will cause a non return of you security deposit.
